What’s your Stretch?

It’s my (some say, unique) question for candidates when considering a move, to help define the direction of their next career step. This could be learning a completely new skill or developing stronger leadership qualities or sharpening commercial acumen- whatever it is that feeds their ambition. My job then is to act as an extension of that ambition in reaching the right environment where it thrives!

I am also a mad-loyal student of Pilates and so know in my cells that to stretch is to reach beyond; to be temporarily uncomfortable in order to build long term agility, flexibility and alignment- all very important attributes for cultivating healthy movement. I believe everyone benefits from a good stretch!
